SAMSUNG Developers in India are too slow and seems inadequate to provide updates on time. The update which was supposed to be rolled out in August now prolonging and pushed to mid September while other countries has been rolling out in their mentioned time frame. Developers in India not only making users worry but also causing loose of trust from the brand.
So here a gentle request to make value for money smartphones along with service for higher end devices as it would really defame the brand.

अन्य देशों में "जे ७ नेक्स्ट" को 'आधुनिकतम संस्करण' ८.१ प्रदान किए जा चुके हैं।

परन्तु पता नहीं किसी अज्ञात कारणवश भारत वर्ष में विलंब हो रहा है।

यह कदाचित उचित नहीं है एक दूरभाष को एक ही समय विभिन्न देशों में आधुनिकतम संस्करण प्रदान किया जाना चाहिए।

ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि भारतवर्ष में सैमसंग के कार्यरत अधिकारी अपना कार्य सुदृढ़ रूप से नहीं संपादित कर रहे हैं।
