J7 NXT yellow triangle while charging

I dont know whats that mean ... can anyone explain ?? Charging stopped working after the yellow tringle showed ... but then I unplugged and reolugged the charger and its again charging ..

But can anyone explain what this icon means ... 

is this charging port error ??

hi i got the same problem as well when i use a usb a to usb c charger i get the yellow triangle as well but when i use a usb c to usb c adapter it charges normal but the problem is that i dont have a usb c to usb c at home so if i plug it in to a usb a to usb c i get the yellow triangle .
