Dear Samsung team, you are cheating a Indian customers, just example I have taken j7 max paid 18k but your camera quality was very very poor and the device build quality also very poor, the supporting features also very bad, I think Samsung you don't no about Indian money value, just this money one person can lead 2 months overall his life expenses, This types of future phone will get in market just 10k. Don't fool Indians. it is protest, Don't by Samsung phone's it is over cost on more than they built value... DON'T BY SAMSUNG phone's DON'T BY SAMSUNG phone's, DON'T BY SAMSUNG phone's, DON'T BY SAMSUNG phone's

"Thank you for sharing your concern. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors.

1) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity)

2) Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device)

3) Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting)

4) Software update via FOTA,Kies or SMART Tool"
