Sir at least provide pie update for j7 max as its price is already above 10000.
Samsung j7 duo had already got android 10.

provide update of pie to j7 max as it has only received 1 major os update. Samsung provides 2 major updates to it's devices. If you say j7max will not get pie update because it is paired with Helio p20 then its your (Samsung's) headache not the customers. They will have to provide update otherwise no one will ever believe in Samsung and their mouth to mouth marketing will go off. I've switched to Sony already as Sony's devices are way far better than samsung.
