I am from srilanka and i didnt got an oreo update. just got only a 200mb something small update only.

I hope you have misunderstood.It's not Oreo update its the pubg new update. Pubg new update was released around 1.4gb but u need to download the desert map separately that would cost you overall around 1.7gb.
