J7(16) Samsung members app

I can update Samsung members app on Galaxy Apps but when it comes to play store it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version" . Is it only because of nougat or will it be fine after updating  Oreo  ?

it is not available on play store. it is default app. to update the app download it from google.
