next update for samsung j6 is very late. go to your nearest samsung service center..they will fix it up. else do factory reset once and that may help u. take a back up before going for factory reset for sure.

Brother..... please uninstall unnecessary apps and chahe files from your phone.
Also restart ur phone one in a week.
You can also use device maintenance and make your background apps sleep.....

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel > Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
