J5 jio network problem

On my J5 jio network is disconnected after every half an hour and to connect back i have to restart the network. I have contacted the Jio and replaced the sim but problem is still same they told me that problem is in phone. The problem is only with 4g network rest are working fine.

well might be there is an hardware issue..do a factory reset if it works. otherwise contct customer care..
