Galaxy JTo save some space, upload your photos and videos to google drive/cloud. Also delete cache data of your apps(Apps like google take around 100 mb+ as cache data.)
Delete any unnecessary bloatware apps from phone.
If it doesn't free much data then reset your device or purchase a new phone with 64/128 gb storage.

Galaxy J"Step 2" - upload photos to google cloud or Microsoft cloud.
"Step 3"- deleting old useless photos/ videos can help you to save some storage.
