The Samsung J7 nxt showing Internal storage issue without any app installed showing No space left It is a humble request to fix the issue by giving an update in all Samsung J7 Nxt . All the Samsung Galaxy J7 nxt Showing the same problem..... 
Regret to see this type of issue in best brand like Samsung

Please fix as soon as possible

Hard reset once will resolve this issue. i have same model.

I guess you have a J7 nxt 16gb varient.
To save some space, upload your photos and videos to google drive/cloud. Also delete cache data of your apps(Apps like google take around 100 mb+ as cache data.)
Delete any unnecessary bloatware apps from phone.
If it doesn't free much data then reset your device or purchase a new phone with 64/128 gb storage.

"Step 1" -To free up storage download google my files and regularly clean up the cache.
"Step 2" - upload photos to google cloud or Microsoft cloud.
"Step 3"- deleting old useless photos/ videos can help you to save some storage.
