I'm using the j7 max and its not accepting the correct pin. I'm currently logging in using my biometrics and I'm afraid to reboot it as it needs the pin right after rebooting to get in. Please help.

reset.
goto recovery mode and do factory reset

go to the Samsung Find My Mobile website, log in with the same Samsung account, and use the “Unlock my screen” option to remotely remove your device’s lock screen

ok... then dusre mobile browser me find my mobile search kar and Samsung account sign in karke... unlock ka option mil jayega...

even I faced this on my S8. I was able to unlock the device just by using fingerprint and biometrics. I just restarted my phn and entered the pattern and it worked. I suggest u to just reboot once and enter Ur pattern/pin.

one more method to unlock is by using "find my device". to do that u should have the remote unlock option turned on. check the screenshot below.

it worked!.. I was scared to turn it off as you need the pin to get in.. but it did... thanks @khan69
