Hi samsung

I am using new galaxy j7 nxt since 3 months.i get no problems with it but at yesterday it started troubling. i triyed to transfer my media file with pc and it shows no responses after that i try to charge the phone and it not charged.i face this problem for a day i couldn't use my phone.today i was decided to go on samsung service centre so i put test charging and finally it becoming crarging🙄

now please according my problem please give me solution .
