hi,
I'm currenty facing a issue with samsung J7 nxt.
As you can see in the attchement, some setting options are disabled and I'm unable to change them.
Path to check :-
1. Setting -> General Management -> Date&Time -> automatic date and time.
2. Setting -> Accessibility -> Vision.
Please help me to know how to change these settings.
Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that the option under vision can be enable by following settings. Navigate to settings>>Accessibility>>Talk back>>enable. Once talk back feature is enable the device control gesture will be changed.
You can use various finger gestures to control the screen while you are using talk back:
• Tapping: Read aloud the item under your finger. To explore the screen, place a finger on the screen and move it on the screen.
• Tapping twice: Open the selected item. While selected items are read aloud, when you hear the item you want, release your finger from the item. Then, tap anywhere on the screen twice quickly.
• Double-tapping and holding the screen: Move an item or access an available option.
• Swiping upwards: Use two fingers to scroll down the list.
• Swiping downwards: Use two fingers to scroll up the list.
Regarding the automatic date and time please provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

Hi,
Thanks for your responce.
I have few questions that I would like you to answer before I submit logs.
1. How much info.logs will capture.
2. Will it affect my privacy in any way
3. And lastly, what is the samsung's policy for user's logs.
