I often receive SMSs which do not actually have a number, but instead, have a name like 'HP-Yantra'. Phrases in each messages are different.
How do I block such senders? 
Please help, This messages are irritating.

Use any third party SMS app such as true caller, kyte which has excellent blocking of unwanted messages
