How enable VoLTE on Galaxy J7 Prime

My Samsung is Galaxy J7 Prime, model SM-G610F, released on 21st January 2017. I can't enable VoLTE feature. Please help to tell me how to use VoLTE on this handset. Thanks.

Enable VoLTE:

From the Home screen, tap the Apps tray.

Tap Settings > Connections.

Tap Mobile networks.

Slide the VoLTE calls switch right to the ON or OFF position.



you need to have 4g turned on for volte to work. To do that

From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.

Tap Settings > Connections.

Tap Mobile networks.

Tap Network mode.

Tap one of the following desired band settings:

LTE/4G/3G/2G (auto connect)

ask Your carrier , VoLTE implementation is different from country to country


verify whether You have vietnam region device as well as Vietnam firmware installed
