2. Zoper widget.
3. huk kwgt.

Set HOMESCREEN layout to 8×6
Drag your favorite apps from app drawer to your homescreen.
Set zooper widget which you have downloaded already.

Exactly! According to my experience Nova and Evie launcher's are the best in terms of UI and customization.
