Why my device restarting after a few minutes?

It happening again and again.

Turn your Android device off.Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons to boot into Recovery Mode.Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu.Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition.

Did u do exactly as mentioned above, volume up n down work as scrolling up. N down and power button works at select button, so once ur in wipe partition, press power button once

make sure that auto restart option is turned off
open settings>general management >reset>auto restart option >turn off fi its enabled

yes.auto restart option is turned off.but it's still happening.

then vist nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to reinstall the operating system and hope it'll resolve the your device problem
