I don't think so, currently the beta is up for note9 and s9.. I wouldn't hope to see even the stable version of one ui in j7

J and On series will not receive One UI and this is as per official announcement. If things change you will hear from Samsung.

Atm a definite no.. The beta just rolled out for s9/Note9.. And Honestly Don't expect it on the Lower end devices anytime soon..

j7 prime 2 is come with nougat and get 1 major update oreo so maybe you have to chance to get another update but you need to wait until September 19 or latter because one ui is now beta mode. 1st its release flagship phone than midrange phone . so you need to wait minimum 10 month.
