URL shortner like bitly etc violates some legal laws so avoid them . use cloud drives or direct links

and the link redirect to wrong location as you mentioned . its not galaxy store , its third party cloid apk provider. here you will face legal issues

and all youtubers those who use this kind of URL shortner they do get TOC violation letter from youtube always , they might tell you but youtube TOC is strictly prohibites this also. if they never notify than no cause cut on monetization etc as penalty
