Hi guys I got some issue with my device and I hope I will get help. I have galaxy j7 max and it run android nought I  had that android oreo for this device it has been already released but when I am trying to look for updates it told me you have latest updates and I have tried to download oreo for this device in sammobile website they don't give me the option to download the rom. Is there any website I can get oreo rom instead of sammobile

i think you should go to samsung care services like live chat and feedback they will help you and if they don't help than go to service centre its better to go to service center i think its not that safe to flash with oreo firmware
