really disguistng.. samsung is not taking any action regarding this. really disappointed by services. 20k phone is working like 2k phone. even 2k phone works bettr than this. hnstly fed up of it nw

I am an user of J7 Nxt 2 GB/ 16 GB and I am thinking to upgrade to J7 Pro....Should I go for that or It will be better to go for A7 2017?

Looks like it's a problem with Indian firmware. I'm running January patch in Bangladesh (J730f) and it does not have those issues.
Are you running December or January patch?
