This is to inform you that it's been 3 years I'm using my j7 max and has only got 1 major update. I used to believe in Samsung that it provides trust to it's loyal customers but now it's been proven that you only make **bleep** promises to the consumers.
By not providing the 2nd major update of pie to galaxy j7 max you have shown that the brand is partial and cheats it's customers.
You must have explanations that the hardware won't support the update and all but I've already checked and compared the device with other models and it can handle the update.
I'm not at all satisfied with Samsung's decision on not providing the 2nd Major OS update. I just don't want to be a part of samsung now. I know if 1 person will leave the brand it won't make any difference to you but it makes a difference to me.
