Galaxy J6+

In J6 plus handset samsung is providing lock screen stories as manual. Recently I have bought this smartphone and it was amazing.
But I shocked! When I found that the lock screen stories is not available in my official J6plus. 
Why its happen I dont know. If there is anyone who know the reason, plz share your knowledge in this community...
