Force stop not working on Samsung pay mini

Hi, i am the user of Samsung Galaxy j7 prime. This for got an update of oreo and after it i got security patch update of October 2018.
The issue is about that.
After update force stop feature on Samsung pay mini not working permanently just working temporarily.
When i restart the it being stars again (Samsung pay mini ).
Please do something on it.

Clear data or try to update it

if u dont wanna use it at all then go to app info and more options and uninstall the app updates and never update it again from galaxy apps.

it cannot uninstall or can't disable.
force stop is last option.

Yes. U cannot either disable or uninstall samsung apps. goto device maintenance and put this app in sleep and don't allow to run in background
