Don't get Oreo update at SAMSUNG galaxy J7 pro.

I live in Bangladesh. Beside India. I have a Samsung galaxy j7 pro. But I didn't get Oreo OS. My device is still in Nougat.  But Samsung galaxy j7 prime get Oreo OS. If in this region this device won't update please inform me.
