Device is running slow

After updated the samsung j6 plus device , the system is running slow .. but , 

The update is successfully completed 

And i don t know why my device is running slow ...

Is there any way to recover my device ...if so , plz  help through the process

Hi, try to wipe the system cache partition:

Turn your Android device off.
Press and hold the Volume Up + Home + Power buttons to boot into Recovery Mode.
Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu.
Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition.
Wait for the system cache partition to clear.
Select the Reboot option to return to normal device usage.
