This is a real pain to see that my favourite brand Samsung is degrading their old phones by FOTA.
My Galaxy J7(2016) has lost the VOLTEE support after this Monte FOTA update. Some other bugs have been noticed also. I think this brand is losing their trustworthiness towards their customers. I think it's time to move on from here.
This brand is not budget friendly also.

If your device after update lags and you think this had been done through FOTA update by Samsung.
Then just back your files and do a factory data reset, it will work again fine.

We do regret for the inconvenience caused as Volte is not working in the device after software update. We would like to inform you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-
- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we suggest visiting Samsung authorized service center to get the VoLTE issue fixed. There will be no charges to fix the VoLTE issue after update in your device J7 2016. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
