I'm so dismayed at what my Samsung J7 Max had put me through today. I was at college when my phone suddenly passed out against all odds. Despite having 89% left of its battery's total juice it got knocked out. Off all of a sudden. I tried to switch it back on in all sorts of permutations and combinations. First I tried to force reboot my phone by pressing and holding the volume down key and the power key at the same time for more than 10secs but to no avail. Then I tried the same formula again only this time without including the volume down key. Still no response. Then I took a samsung charger and plugged it into my phone but it still remained dead. At last I tried to boot it into recovery mode which of course wasn't successful. I didn't know what to do. And after an hour or so it somehow restarted itself automatically. I mean what the hell was that? How am I supposed to trust Samsung and its phones anymore?

At a time function keys r pressed u keep charging and press volume key down and power key press it will restart

bro i also faced same problem .. i thought of taking phone to service centre next day but it automatically switched on by itself ..
