Custom Themes are once again possible on One UI..!
I've collected some highly modified AMOLED themes from XDA forums, here some r new & some r updated version from Oreo.

*More themes are in development including - Jajanken, Terpsichora, Hysteria. I'll share them when they will be available 😁

Installation process :-

• Go to default theme first
• For non-rooted devices download this app. For rooted devices download this app (as its better)
• Allow the permissions and do what this app asks
• After applying the theme a restart is not necessary, but would be great

*note : non-rooted devices can install only 1 theme at a time 😓

Till Oreo 8.x, "ThemeGalaxy" app worked to create custom themes, but in One UI I think it wont work but u can try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=project.vivid.themesamgalaxy
