Can't take screenshot

Since i updated my software version a few days back, i cant take screenshot anymore on my Samsung Galaxy J4 (android version 10)

I've tried all the combinations, but of no use:

Power button + home button 

Pwr btn + volume up button

Pwr btn + vlm down btn 

Home btn + vlm up btn

Home btn + vlm down btn 

vlm up + vlm down buttons

None of these is working

I don't confirm anything but why dont use swipe screenshot or use assistant to take screenshot
