Why my J7Max is not connecting with Macbook pro with USB which I use to access previous and even now I could connect some other android mobile with the Mac?

make sure USB debugging is on if you are using Android file transfer.
else use Samsung smart switch.

1) Check by connecting any other USB cable or PC with the device.
2) Make sure USB ports of the device and PC are working fine.
3) Check by connecting the device with the PC in Safe Mode.
4) Kindly install Smart Switch application in PC by using the link https://www.samsung.com/in/support/smart-switch/ and check the connection.
5) Take full data backup and reset the device.
