Can VoLTE be also accessed from slot 2?

I use Galaxy J7 Prime. I am currently using VoLTE of Airtel in slot 1 but if i insert airtel sim in slot 2 the sim doesnt work at all though my Vodafone sim can work in both the slots without any issues. "Forget about the problem" as i want to know only whether a networks VoLTE can be accessed even from slot 2. Vodafone currently does not have VoLTE service but will launch it very soon at my location so i am asking this whether VoLTE is accessible even from a sim inserted in slot 2. Or is it that VoLte is supported only in slot 1 in J7 prime. Please note i can use 4G services of Vodafone from my slot2. VoLTE is different from 4G.

You can use VoLTE from either of slot but at a time only from one slot.

Vodafone has launched VoLTE at my location but what i get is only 4G symbol there is no VoLTE symbol. I get VoLTE only for my Airtel sim which is in first slot
