Camera not working

Both the front and back camera were stoped working yesterday of my Samsung Galaxy J2. Please suggest me what to do?

hardware failure it is

this problem occurs generally when mobile phones fallen to the ground or into the water. there is chance of hardware issue also. please check back yourself if mobile was not physically damaged then you can claim warranty for the product (if mobile is not aged than a year)
