Caller id not visible

How can I make the incoming caller's details visible instead of writing Unknown when recieving calls? , even when the contact is saved on my phone

Go To The "Phone" App, Tap 3 Dots On The Top Right Hand Corner, Click On Settings> Then Click Other Settings Then Activate "Show Caller Information".

Go to Playstore and download the True caller Id app, the one on the phone doesn't work.
