In Samsung mobiles we can only block unknown numbers or specific numbers which we added. Instead of that we required a facility to block a particular digits, I mean - start with . contains with, matches exactly or ends with . Example : starts with +3. matches exactly +911 etc.

the above requested feature is already available on samsung feature phones like samsung GT-E1282T, it is surprised to see missing on smartphones...it has nothing to do with network service provider...
just to add to the above request better to have the blacklist, whitelist of contacts
