How do i deactivate call Barring and how do i reset my password as i have forgotten it

by default the pass code is 0000 . call mtn they ll do it for u since u forgot your code.

How can i turn off my call barring in order to get calls and be able to call cause i tried calling my service provider but it doesn't connect 🤔what to do??cause i know my password
