Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that kindly follow the below steps to overcome the issue.
1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Samsung Internet >> Storage >> Clear data and cache.
2) Please run your device in safe mode. If the issue is resolved in safe mode that means it is a third party issue and you need to remove the third party app to check.

I don't use Samsung Internet only because of UC news! fix that in the next update please. Samsung Internet browser is not a third-party app, it's an app developed by samsung itself! I dont like UC news at all.
