Blasting of charger. BE ALERT!

My Samsung galaxy J7 pro mobile charger has blasted 1month back and I purchased my mobile before 5months back. I brought this issue to your Samsung Service care.Fought many times but no favorable response. Literally your people made me unsatisfying.

You people didn't check my charger and saying that is your fault   because of shockcircuit ..

By seeing a photo copy you people decided that is my  fault ..

I will file a suit in consumer forum against your samsung ...

Once you people come to my home i will show my Air conditioner , Refrigerator , T.V , my father's mobile totally belongs to Samsung brand...You people really made me unhappy and unsatisfying being a big customer of Samsung brand.
At least it this time I am expecting a favorable response from you.

this is serious. If no response from samsung, go to consumer court. Slow but trusted path!
