Biggest problem in Samsung J6

In my J6 the photos is getting deleted automatticaly.I dont know why this is happening.My many importaint photos have been gone.Mainly this happens with Whatsapp and camera folders.And sometimes i cant view status in whatsapp showing some kind of error too.Not only that the whatsapp app is crashing when i put status with emoji.Please solve this big problem through any updates and help me😭

Hooo fuck Samsung need to solve this problem immediately.You all contact Samsung and tell this problem so they will find a way to fix this.
