The smartphone battery is unable to charge upto 100% Whenever I plugin my smartphone to charge the charging stops at 75% or 77% Don't know if the issue is related to smartphone hardware/software or its battery. Charger is working fine as I had already checked it by charging another J7 2016 phone with it. Can anyone help me out ?
so I've tried replacing my current battery with another one. Even my current battery gets full charged while charging in another j7-16 smartphone. The problem still exists. I've tried phone resetting, Draining the battery to 0% & then recharging it from no juice. That issue occurs since I've updated the Ant service & Ant+ service from play store.
