Galaxy J•If not, only two locations available,
1. Internal Storage > Whatsapp > Media
2. Internal Storage > Android > Media > Whatsapp
If both doesn't show,
Enable Hidden Files thought My Files > 3 Dots > Settings > Show System Hidden Files > And search for Whatsapp folder

Galaxy JIF what you ultimately want is Whatsapp video and images to be shown up in Gallery, you should change Whatsapp settings.
Open Whatsapp > right upper corner three dots > Chats > Media Visibility > Turn ON.
If you have this ON, there might be a ".nomedia" file in your Whatsapp media folder (hidden file). Just delete it.
