 Why my device j8 can't get software update android 11?

because j8 does not capable with Android 11 if Android 11 gives in j8 you got down your phone using performance

no bro it's not the reason..... as Android os comes from Google hence Samsung + Google agreement policy clearly stated that not more than 2 major os update in any Samsung device except s10 lineup....j8 launched with oreo and then pie and Android q it got already....2 major os completed

no in s20 unpacked they said that now they gives 3 major updates
