speed test tell us complete speed in our area ...speed test never tell us how much speed we are receveing

Speed tests are not fake. speed given in sppedtest is bits/s while download speed shows bytes/s. 1byte=8bit. speedtest shows original speed . download speed depends upon link strength etc.
