How can I control the cursor and select text by Samsung Keyboard on Android 9 Pie?

Yeah. If your device running on Android 9 Pie or higher then you do that.

Slide your finger across the keyboard to move the cursor & Tap the shift key then slide to select text on Samsung Keyboard.

To enable this go to Samsung Keyboard Settings > Smart typing > Keyboard swipe controls; then Select "Cursor control"
