I have Samsung Galaxy Tab J Max. Model number 👉👉 SM-T285YD . But I am not being able now to use SAMSUNG MEMBERS app as it's shown ' YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE TO DOWNLOAD '. It's very unfortunate to misuse the app being a Galaxy model owner. I am appealing to Samsung developers to note this point. 
Also I can't update SAMSUNG INTERNET as it's notified ' YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE TO THIS VERSION ' . Please also note it and solve my problem.

It's the very point I am trying to attract the attention of Samsung developers that it is a matter of shame to fail participate Samsung members app in spite of user a Samsung tablet. Isn't it?

It's very unfortunate. It seems to me that every Samsung mobile phone & tablet users should be allowed to participate SAMSUNG MEMBERS app.

But at least Samsung should give permission to participate in website of Samsung Members to all Samsung users. What do you think about it?

But I am unsuccessful also to join Samsung Members there through my Samsung Galaxy Tab J Max SM -T285YD. Because I am being asked to download SAMSUNG MEMBERS app there at first, which is not compatible for my device. I have visited SAMSUNG MEMBERS website. What should I do please advice me. Thank you!
