ANDROID 10 SOFTWARE UPDATE

All J series are going to be rolled out Android 10 update. But unfortunately I am pointing out to J7MAX that this device is still running on OREO?Why? What's the main reason? Is it processor? If so I want to say that have we asked to model manufacturers to put this processor on J7 max? It's not a cheap handset. It costs around Rs. 18000/- almost. We could easily purchase the other J series device which are going to be rolled out Android 10 update for less cost. In this connection we, the Samsung Galaxy J7 max owners are demanding PIE update as soon as possible. We want up to date improvements of Samsung Galaxy J7 max comparing to all other J series devices at any cost. Samsung devolopers..please kindly note it. Why are you silent?
