they won't.
samsung gives only 2 OS upgrades for each phone.

bhai galat bole samsun mobile k according deta hai update mere ghar me ek j700f hai usme abhi tak 1 hi os upgrade aaya hai

it could be possible. but i personally never have seen more than 2 OS upgrades.
and A5 2017 already got its 2 upgrades so no chance for this mobile to have one ui 2.
