"Play tone when call ends" not working on Galaxy S24 Ultra after One UI 7 update

Device: Galaxy S24 Ultra  

One UI Version: 7.0  

Android Version: 15  

Security Patch: June 2025

 

Issue:  

The “Play tone when call ends” feature is not working, even though the setting is enabled.

 

Things I have already tried:

✔ Feature is ON  

✔ Sound and volume settings are correct  

✔ DND (Do Not Disturb) is OFF  

✔ Smart View Cover removed  

✔ Phone restarted  

✔ App preferences reset  

✔ Tested in Safe Mode  

✔ Magnetic Sensor test passed  

 

Still, the call end tone doesn't play.

 

I request Samsung to please fix this issue as soon as possible.  

It would be very helpful if this can be resolved in the next software update.

 

Many other users are facing similar issues after the One UI 7 update (like call vibration not working, call background not showing, etc.).  

Please look into it.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
