well it doesn't work.. I have tried couple of times, recovery mode adb update update.zip doesn't show up

ok 1st u flash G975FXXS3ASII firmware on ur mobile via odin

after install that zip file

it's not delete anything
1st u have to download firmware
after un zip download file
you will get 5 files
bl, ap, cp, csc, home

in ordin app select all file bl ap cp all in order
for user data select home it's keeping ur all data its not delete anything. if ur not select home file ur phone will erase
