lot of issue with Samsung A50

Phone gets hang and we will not able to restart also. When phone gets hang it will get very heat and suddenly battery drowns from 90 percent to 20 percent. By that that time we will not able to switch off or not able to open lock also. Screen will be black...fingerprint is worst. Please can any 1 hell me with heating issue and hanging issue.

brother try factory reset the phone. it works in many cases. if you have any important data then backup using Samsung smart switch and then reset the device to factory reset. your device will be improved after than then restore tha data
