I trying to make jaggery "ગોળ" from sugar cane juice 

Ingredients 

2 glass of sugarcane juice without any other ingredients like lemon water ginger etc.

Equipment 

Induction cooker 2000w with steel patra 

Or gas stove with steel patra 

Steel patra

Now 

Get sugarcane juice on steel patra 

Sugarcane juice in steel patra

Cook like a soup for 30 minutes 

Then it will turn like this 

Upper side is jaggery and down side is sugarcane juice
